What does corporate event production include?
Everything technical that makes the program run: audio, video and LED walls, lighting, staging, presentation playback, and the crew that plans and operates it. We also handle entertainment for the evening portion, so one team covers the whole day.
Do you provide AV for conferences and company meetings?
Yes. We produce general sessions, breakout rooms, all hands meetings, town halls, and sales kickoffs, with microphones, presentation playback, confidence monitors, and IMAG.
Can W Square provide LED video walls?

Do you work with hotel and venue AV departments?
Yes. We are on the approved vendor list at San Francisco City Hall, and we work at hotels and venues across the Bay Area. We advance with each venue’s AV and events team on power, rigging, load in times, and house requirements before show day.
Can you handle multi day corporate events?
Yes. We support multi day conferences and offsites, including setup days, rehearsals, and overnight plans worked out with your venue.
What areas of the Bay Area do you serve?
San Francisco, the Peninsula, San Jose and Silicon Valley, the East Bay, and Northern California. Ask us about events outside the region.
Can you provide a COI and W 9?
Yes. We carry $2M in general liability, send a certificate of insurance to your venue on request, and invoice companies directly with a W 9.
