A 500-guest invitation only gala at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport: live concert with a touring vocalist, celebrity DJ, full concert sound with stage monitors, LED wall, confidence monitors, multi camera setup with live switching to screen, plus photography and videography. One crew, one run of show, zero handoffs.
