What does full production include?
Sound, lighting, LED screens, staging, and a crew to run it all.
Can I rent equipment without a crew?
Yes. Pick it up yourself, or we deliver, set up, and run it. Rentals include a signed agreement and a refundable deposit.
Do you work with the venue’s in house AV?
Yes. We coordinate power, load in, and timing with the venue and their AV team.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fully insured, with a certificate of insurance for your venue.
What if something fails during the event?
Backup equipment is on site at every event.
How far ahead should I book?
Most events come together in a few weeks. November and December fill fast.
What areas do you serve?
The Bay Area and Northern California. We travel for the right event.
