What does full production include?
Audio, lighting, LED video walls, staging, presentation support, and a crew to set up and run it all. We can add DJ, dance floors, and photo booths for the evening.
Can you provide a COI for our venue?
Yes. We are fully insured and send a certificate of insurance to your venue on request.
Can you support presentations and keynote speakers?
Yes. We handle presentation playback, confidence monitors, podium and lavalier mics, and speaker checks before doors open.
Do you provide onsite technicians throughout the event?
Yes. Our technicians stay through the whole program for mics, slides, video, and last minute changes.
Can you work alongside our venue’s in house AV provider?
Yes. We coordinate with the venue and their AV team on power, load in, timing, and setup.
Do you handle multi room conferences and breakout sessions?
Yes. We can support a general session plus breakout rooms, each with its own audio and presentation setup.
Can you provide livestreaming or recording?
Yes. We set up Zoom and hybrid meetings, camera coverage, and recording of your program.
What if something stops working during the event?
We bring backup equipment to every event.
How far ahead should I book?
Many events come together in a few weeks. November and December dates fill up fast, so reach out early if you can.
