What does full production include?
Sound, lighting, LED video walls, staging, dance floors, DJ, and a crew to set up and run it all.
Can I rent equipment without a crew?
Yes. You can pick it up yourself, or we can deliver, set it up, and run it for you. Rentals need a signed agreement and a refundable deposit.
Do you work with the venue’s AV team?
Yes. We work with the venue and their AV team on power, load in, timing, and setup.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and can send a certificate of insurance to your venue.
What if something stops working during the event?
We bring backup equipment to every event.
How far ahead should I book?
Many events come together in a few weeks. November and December dates fill up fast, so contact us early if you can.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Bay Area and Northern California. We can travel for the right event.
