Planning Notes
Many vineyards have limited power in the ceremony and dinner areas, so we bring quiet battery power instead of loud generators. Outdoor amplified music often has an early end time in wine country, and sound carries across the valley, so we confirm the cutoff and speaker placement with the venue in advance. For tent receptions we add uplighting and pin spots so the space feels finished after sunset.
