The Peninsula mixes some of the Bay Area’s most loved historic wedding venues with airport hotel ballrooms built for big guest counts. We handle both, from a garden reception in Mountain View to a 500 guest gala in Burlingame, with our own equipment and our own crew.
What We Do on the Peninsula
Weddings
Receptions and full wedding weekends with DJ Love on the music and MC in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, plus lighting and LED walls.
Corporate Events
Galas, conferences, campus celebrations, and company parties. Concert grade sound, LED walls, confidence monitors, and multi camera switching to screen.
AV Rental
Sound, lighting, and LED walls for offsites, school benefits, and private parties, as a dry hire or full service with our crew.

Recent Work on the Peninsula
This season we produced receptions at the Grand Bay Hotel in Redwood City and Kohl Mansion in Burlingame, and worked receptions at Rengstorff House in Mountain View and the Los Altos History Museum. On the corporate side, we produced a 500 guest invitation only gala at the Hyatt Regency SFO with a live concert, LED wall, and multi camera switching, and we have run Diwali and Holi celebrations at Stanford for several years.
Planning Notes
Historic Peninsula venues like Rengstorff House and Kohl Mansion have neighbors close by, so we plan speaker placement and the end time for amplified music with the venue well before the wedding. Hotel ballrooms near the airport host big guest counts, and we size the sound system and lighting to the room. For corporate days that start with a keynote and end with a party, one system and one crew covers both with no reset in between.

Yes. We have worked both, along with the Los Altos History Museum, and we plan sound around each venue’s neighbors and end times.
