Booking and Pricing.
How do we check if you are available for our date?
Send us your date, venue, and a few details through our contact form. We reply within 24 hours, confirm availability, and set up a quick call to hear about your plans.
Do you offer packages?
No. Every wedding and event is different, so we build each proposal around your timeline, venue, guest count, and the experience you want. The one exception is photo booths, which have set packages on our Photo Booths page.
How do we reserve our date?
Once you are happy with your proposal, your date is reserved with a signed agreement and a retainer, both handled online through your client portal.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Spring through fall weekends, especially Saturdays, are the first dates to go. Reach out as soon as you have your date and venue.
Weddings.
What kinds of weddings do you specialize in?
Indian, South Asian, and multicultural fusion weddings. Punjabi, Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Pakistani, and fusion couples who want both cultures celebrated in one night.
Can you cover every event of a multi day wedding?
Yes. We regularly produce full wedding weekends, from mehndi, sangeet, and garba nights to the baraat, ceremony, and reception, with one team that knows your families and your timeline.
Do you do mobile baraat?
Yes. Our mobile baraat setup moves with the groom from the first step to the venue doors, and we can bring dhol players to join it.
Do you provide sound for the ceremony?
Yes. We provide clean, discreet ceremony sound with wireless microphones for the officiant, readers, and family, so every guest can hear every word.
Music and MC.
Is MC included with the DJ?
Yes. MC is always included and never charged as an extra. Our MCs handle introductions, toasts, games, and announcements in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
How do we plan our music?
You get access to an online music planning portal for must plays, do not plays, and special moments. We walk through it together on a planning call. For our full production weddings, we also build a custom demo mix from your song requests so you hear the vibe before the big day.
What music do you play?
Bollywood, Bhangra, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Hip Hop, R&B, House, Pop, and everything in between. Reading the room and blending cultures on the dance floor is what we do best. Hear it for yourself on our Mixes page.
Who will be our DJ?
Every W Square DJ is part of our in house team and trained on our systems and standards. DJ Love personally leads our full production events.
Production.
Do you handle lighting, LED walls, and effects too?
Yes. We are a full production company, not just a DJ. Lighting, LED video walls, dance floors, and special effects are all designed and run by our own crew.
What sound equipment do you use?
Professional touring grade gear, including Meyer Sound speakers, Allen and Heath mixing consoles, and Shure digital wireless microphones. Clear, full sound at every volume, without the harshness.
Are fog and cold sparks allowed at our venue?
It depends on the venue. Some do not allow haze or fog. We check your venue’s rules before the event and plan around them.
Do you work with our planner and venue?
Always. We coordinate load in, power, timing, and the run of show directly with your planner and venue so nothing lands on you. We are a preferred vendor at venues including San Francisco City Hall, San Jose Marriott, Saratoga Springs, Castlewood Country Club, Canyon View, La Lomita Ranch, and Villa Loriana.
Corporate Events and AV Rental.
Do you produce corporate events?
Yes. Galas, keynotes, holiday parties, Diwali celebrations, and company parties, produced end to end by one in house crew. We have produced events for companies including Google, YouTube, Microsoft, Salesforce, and eBay. See our corporate events page.
Can we rent equipment without a DJ?
Yes. Our AV rental covers sound, lighting, and LED walls. Pick it up yourself, or have our team deliver it, set it up, and run it.
Do you do weekday events?
Yes. Many of our corporate events happen during the week, and we schedule load in around your venue and office hours.
Areas We Serve.
Where are you based and where do you travel?
We serve the entire Bay Area, including San Francisco, the Peninsula, San Jose, the East Bay and Tri Valley, plus Napa and Sonoma, Monterey and Carmel, Sacramento, the Central Valley, and San Luis Obispo. We also travel for destination weddings. See Areas We Serve.
How long have you been doing this?
